Description

• Shape and lead IT and security strategy at Later • Develop security policies, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate across teams • Oversee technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations for business objectives • Build and mentor a high-performing security team • Lead cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance efforts (GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, ISO 27001) • Oversee security operations and IT infrastructure management • Align IT and security strategies with business goals • Lead large-scale IT and security projects to drive digital transformation

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years in IT & Cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Proficient in modern security architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), encryption, firewalls, and network security protocols • Expertise in privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PII/PCI and incident response frameworks • Experience managing vulnerability assessments, threat detection, incident response, and risk mitigation strategies in dynamic environments • Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead security teams, fostering a security-first culture throughout an organization • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and HR teams to ensure holistic security strategies • Experience in supporting GTM functions of Sales, Marketing, Services and Support • Ability to stay current with evolving cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and best practices, while continuously improving security policies and procedures
