📋 Description
• Collaborate with the CRM team to understand their business objectives, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and prioritize dashboard enhancements. • Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases and sources. • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting tools. • Validate data integrity, ensure data accuracy, and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. • Maintain and optimize existing dashboards and reports, in addition to creating new ones.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating databases. • Experience in data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Experience in the gaming industry, particularly within the casino sector, is highly desirable. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. • Python or any other Programming Language skills are a plus.
