📋 Description
• As a Junior QA Engineer (Operational specialist) within the Gaming Rollout team, you will work for and support the Product Owners (Gaming Requirements Managers). • You will endeavour to ensure the best range of error-free content available in the market to offer our customers. • Game events management • Planning the maintenance games and promos schedule • Remote games configuration and results verification • Communication with business stakeholders and 3rd party providers to manage product changes • Adopt games and promos for business changes • Crash diagnostics and data validation • Bug reporting • Shift work • Escalation of unresolved issues with engineering teams
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience as a QA or successful completion of QA courses • Good knowledge of QA theory, test design techniques, tools and SDLC processes • Ability to prioritize and manage work activities with respect to deadlines, identify risks • Understanding Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with Task Management System (preferably Jira) • Detail-oriented mindset with strong written and oral communication skills • Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • High level of responsibility • Upper-intermediate English level (verbal and written)
