Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing software engineers • Experience collaborating with engineering leaders and cross-functional team members • Several years of hands-on software engineering experience • Proven ability to provide technical mentorship and guidance • Kind and intellectually mature, equipped with empathy and integrity • Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility • Excitement for building teams and hiring talent • Empathetic and employee-focused • Eye for great products and ability to work collaboratively • Willing and able to dive into the code • Preferably, professional experience with Node.js, React, Flow, GraphQL, Postgres, AWS
