Requirements
• Proven track record of at least five years of successful MPD efforts personally. • Two years of coaching of others. • Experience with coaching, casting vision, and utilizing systems and processes. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to juggle multiple tasks. • Solid judgment and decision-making skills. • Willingness to pursue a healthy work-life balance. • Ability to assess and implement improvements. • Willingness to receive coaching and make changes based on feedback.
