📋 Description

• Seeking a seasoned Social Media & Personal Brand Manager to establish and maintain a compelling social media presence for Autheo’s founder. • Critical in enhancing the founder’s visibility, influence, and thought leadership, while boosting Autheo's profile on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter. • Expert in crafting executive-level narratives with a keen eye for detail. • Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with the founder's voice and Autheo's vision. • Create engaging content that positions the founder as an industry thought leader. • Monitor and adapt strategies to align with the latest trends in social media while staying true to the executive's messaging and brand. • Build relationships with relevant platforms, influencers, and organizations. • Craft compelling, high-quality content tailored for executive channels. • Maintain a robust editorial calendar integrating company news, industry insights, and thought leadership posts. • Identify speaking opportunities and coordinate social media coverage of events. • Implement measurement and reporting processes to track performance and KPI.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing executive social media presence. • Bachelor’s degree in PR or Communications. • Proven experience managing social media for high-profile executives or public figures. • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a knack for tailoring messages to executive audiences. • Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Twitter best practices, and the evolving landscape of social media trends. • Strong understanding of tech industry trends and conversations. • Knowledge of blockchain and web3 is a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. • Experience with PR, media outreach, and event coordination is a strong plus.
