🎯 Requirements
• Must-Have: • 3+ years of community management experience in Web3/crypto. • Proven track record managing Discord and Telegram communities. • Ability to manage and mentor a team of moderators effectively. • Previous experience leading moderator teams will be prioritized. • A strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 ecosystems. • Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills with a talent for engaging, creative, and approachable messaging. • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. • Experience planning and executing online events, contests, or community activations. • Familiarity with community and quest tools like Galxe, Guild, Zealy, or similar platforms. • Experience with community analytics tools. • Ability to work in different time zones. • Nice to Have: • Hands-on experience running quest campaigns or community-driven programs. • Experience contributing to ambassador or advocate programs. • Familiarity with blockchain technology, DeFi, and NFTs. • Previous Web3 project launch experience. • A passion for Web3 culture and a knack for spotting trends before they go viral. • Experience managing a multi-platform community strategy. • Multi-language capabilities.
