Description

• Ensure delivery teams stay within scope, under budget, and on time. • Investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions for projects that are at risk or off track. • Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving with teams. • Track and report on key performance indicators to measure project success. • Use data to drive continuous improvement in project delivery. • Continuous improvement of project and business reports to improve visibility and strategic planning. • Identify areas where process definition can significantly impact delivery efficiency. • Use best practices, discussions, and experimentation to define effective processes. • Assemble strong interdisciplinary teams based on individual strengths, weaknesses, goals, and motivations. • Ensure teams are well-balanced and equipped to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within an operations support or administrative role, preferably in the software development or technology industry. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience working with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus). • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively.
