Requirements
• 5+ years of professional software development experience. • Expertise in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript, including modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Ember. • Proven ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions. • Strong client communication and collaboration skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building and scaling digital products. • Advanced English proficiency (B2 advanced- C1 level). • Experience working in a product company or SaaS environment (preferred).
