Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager. • Strong understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle. • Exceptional communication skills with a client-centered approach to project leadership. • Proficiency in English (B2 advanced – C1 level). • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • Previous consulting experience is a plus. • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and team leadership. • Adaptability to different clients, industries, and agile environments. • Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions. • Ownership mindset and accountability for project outcomes. • Innovative problem-solving with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
