Description
• Lavendo is a premier Silicon Valley sales recruitment firm specializing in connecting top-tier tech sales and GTM talent with innovative tech startups. • We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator/Talent Sourcer to join our efficient and productive recruitment team. • This role is ideal for someone who excels at identifying top-performing talent and managing early recruitment stages. • Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and feedback on candidates. • Maintain organized candidate information in the ATS to streamline the recruitment process.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in GTM recruiting or sales talent sourcing in the US market, preferably in a recruitment agency or tech startup • Excellent verbal and written communication in English • Proficiency in using recruitment automation and AI tools, ATS, and social media platforms • Equipment (computer, headset) and strong internet connection for remote work • Ability to work US working hours
Benefits
