Requirements

• Manage cross-functional delivery teams • Collaborate with Product Management and Design • Define engineering processes and track development initiatives • Recruit, motivate, retain and lead a diverse team of engineers • Deliver high-quality software sustainably • Build a culture of distributed responsibility • Experience with distributed systems and multi-language teams • Support the growth of team members through training and coaching • Experienced engineer manager with strong people skills and technical foundation • Familiarity with server- and client-side web software • Understanding of fundamental computer science concepts • Firm grasp of SQL and databases including CRUD operations and indexing
