Description

• As Product Manager, you will lead a mission-driven product team in the definition, delivery, and measurement of product opportunities and strategies that deliver on critical business outcomes. • Our product teams discover and deliver features and products that customers love while driving business growth. • We collaborate with UX and Engineering to develop a deep understanding of customer’s pain-points to build solutions that meet their needs. • Product Managers are accountable for outcomes and are empowered to do the right thing for our customers and business in alignment with our overall vision and strategy. • AffiniPay is investing to accelerate growth with new product offerings that expand our addressable markets. • We have an exciting market opportunity and product vision that provides massive developmental opportunities for our product team. • We are looking for a Product Manager with a proven ability to solve important customer problems in ways that propel business growth.

Requirements

• Customer-focus: Relentless focus on understanding & delighting our customers. • Strong communication skills: You can communicate persuasively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at different levels to build organizational alignment around what your team is working on and why. • Bias to action: You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and will take calculated risks to move quickly in the face of uncertainty. • Collaborative: You build strong relationships with teammates, customers, and partners to foster a collaborative team environment while maintaining a sense of ownership of product outcomes. • Analytical: You develop hypotheses and can comfortably integrate quantitative and qualitative data into your thinking. You perform rigorous analysis when needed but maintain a sense of urgency and aren’t afraid to fail quickly and learn. • Persistent: Relentless drive to achieve business outcomes, overcoming all obstacles • Business acumen: You are comfortable prioritizing customer needs in the context of business objectives • You have 2-5 years of taking payments and/or SaaS products to market using agile, user-centered design and lean customer discovery methodologies. • Experience collaboratively building technology products with UX designers and Engineers. • Ability to understand market trends and customers needs to design and prioritize products and features that solve customer problems. • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
