📋 Description
• LayerZero is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to streamline business processes and manage BD initiatives. • Oversee and track company-wide objectives and key results (OKRs). • Handle day-to-day business development operations, including pipeline management and forecasting. • Develop and run BD Ops training sessions to empower team. • Help orchestrate LayerZero's presence in BD activities and provide executive support to Simon. • Assist with go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product launches.

• Experience in business operations, ideally within a tech or startup environment • Natural problem solver who is highly organized and can juggle multiple tasks at once • Solid understanding of business development operations, including deal tracking, pipeline management and forecasting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy working across different teams • Proactive, take initiative, thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments • Comfortable with a high level of responsibility and excited about supporting an executive closely
