• At LayerZero, our mission is to bring finance onchain, on all the chains. • The Institutional Narrator’s mission is to show the financial world that crypto isn’t a question of if or when—it’s about how. And “how” is LayerZero. • As Institutional Narrator (Institutional Product Marketing Manager), you will craft and deliver compelling narratives that resonate with banks, asset managers, and fintech companies. • Develop reports, marketing collateral, and thought leadership content across multiple channels—LinkedIn, Twitter, events, and more. • Ensure that LayerZero’s product offerings speak to institutional client needs. • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to establish marketing strategies and create consistent, high-quality brand messaging for institutions. • Research and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive products to shape go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products. • Own the content creation and have input on a publishing strategy for social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) while contributing to event materials, webinars, and industry conferences for all institutional content. • Measure, report, and optimize the performance of institutional marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
• 2+ years experience in institutional financial services, fintech, or crypto product marketing (or a mix of analyst/research/content marketing roles with institutional focus). • Financial Products Experience: Background in capital markets, securities, custody, or corporate banking is a plus. • Powerful storyteller: Demonstrable experience building narratives in written, visual, and verbal formats. • Crypto Fluency: Familiarity with DeFi, onchain infrastructure, or the broader institutional crypto market. • Full-Stack Writer: Ability to produce compelling short-form and long-form content across diverse channels.
