• Responsible for analyzing and improving business processes and products. • Analyze and document integration requirements with clear technical documentation. • Visualize integration processes using diagrams, preferably UML sequence diagrams. • Collaborate with stakeholders for alignment on technical requirements and project goals. • Lead meetings with clients to drive discussions and gather information. • Work closely with development and testing teams for integration solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. • 3+ years of experience as a Systems / Business Analyst. • Confident conversational level of English (B2 or higher). • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Experience with integration protocols and interfaces, including SOAP, REST, and file-based methods. • Strong understanding of synchronous and asynchronous integration modes. • Basic knowledge of SQL, preferably with Oracle DB. • Will be a plus: Experience in system integration projects. • Experience in the banking sector. • Experience with MuleSoft.
