• We’re looking for a Backend Developer Team Lead who is passionate about their work, adapts easily, and shares our company values! • At Leadtech, we’ve been redefining digital businesses since 2009, creating innovative online solutions. • We’re proud of our global reach and committed to fostering an inclusive workplace. • Due to continuous growth, we are excited to welcome a motivated Backend Team Lead. • As a Backend Team Lead, you’ll play a vital role in establishing high quality standards. • If you’re passionate about solving complex problems, this role is perfect for you! • Be the point of reference for backend developers. • Plan 'One to One' personal meetings for proper follow-up. • Plan, organize, and lead team meetings and ensure that actions are taken. • Identify specific training needs for team members and manage them. • Establish individualized goals to work on individual career plans. • Review of work and quality control. • Support and involvement in strategic project decisions. • Provide guidance to the development department on code improvements and quality.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and leadership skills. • Excellent communication skills. • 5+ years of programming experience with PHP/Typescript as the primary language. • 3+ years of experience as a backend programmer. • 2+ years of experience in developing high-availability applications on AWS cloud. • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (SOLID, KISS, DRY). • Clean Architecture, event-driven systems, and Serverless architecture. • Previous experience in managing development teams is a plus.
