📋 Description

• We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Head of Marketing Growth to lead and execute our marketing strategies during a critical growth phase. • As a fast-growing payment orchestration company with a strong presence in the USA and European markets, we aim to scale our brand, build awareness, and attract new merchants while retaining and engaging our existing customers. • This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires a deep understanding of B2B fintech marketing. • Macropay is a fintech leader in payment orchestration, providing businesses with seamless access to global payment solutions for over four years. • Specializing in revenue optimization, we offer card processing and alternative payment methods enhanced by smart routing, fraud prevention, and an intuitive dashboard. • Backed by a team of payment and fraud experts, our all-in-one platform is designed to maximize revenue, reduce costs, and improve the payment experience—all through a single API integration.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B, Payments industry, fintech, or SaaS industries. • Proven track record of successful campaigns in the USA and/or European markets. • Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and content marketing. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for fintech audiences. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns for better performance. • Familiarity with payment orchestration, e-commerce, and revenue optimization solutions. • Experience working with cross-border markets and multilingual campaigns. • Proficiency in additional languages (beyond English) is a plus.
