• Experience in programmatic buying using DSPs, campaign setups based on planning, negotiation of buying models, campaign trafficking and measurement of results and audiences, as well as knowledge of the programmatic environment. • Hands-on experience in DSPs platform • Define strategy and set up on the main DSPs. • Implement and manage programmatic advertising campaigns. • Optimize, monitor and analyze the results of active advertising campaigns and make recommendations to achieve campaign goals. • Knowledge of ad serving technologies • Participation in new business acquisition. • Direct contact with the DSPs platform, reporting and invoicing.
• At least 3 year of experience in the field • Strong analytical skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Fluent in English • Very strong attention to detail • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently and synthesize large amount of data • Flexibility, being able to adapt quickly to changing priorities • Desire to share your experiences and knowledge • Team worker, self-motivated and proactive
