• Looking for a Tech Lead to deliver software solutions • Assisting with product development by providing technical guidance • Assisting in guiding and prioritizing tasks for mobile development teams • Identifying risks in mobile projects and planning mitigation actions • Implementing best practices in mobile development methodologies • Conducting one-on-one follow-ups with team leads or technical personnel • Preparing the annual performance evaluation report for mobile team members • Completing the feedback form on the performance of the probationary period • Approving vacations for mobile development team members • Conducting weekly/biweekly meetings with mobile team leads and stakeholders
Requirements
• Proven leadership experience managing mobile development teams (iOS and Android) • Expertise in developing modern, user-friendly mobile interfaces, particularly using Swift for iOS development • Thrive in agile, fast-paced environments and can adapt to evolving priorities and challenges • Know how to build high-performance mobile applications with complex, real-time interactions and seamless user experiences • Adhere to high standards of security and code quality • Excel at fostering a culture of collaboration • Strong advocate for best practices in mobile development
