📋 Description

• We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our product team and play a key role in building innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of our product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring impactful products to life. You'll leverage cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights to create products that bring additional value to our project and enhance our users experience. • A little bit about us • Leadtech has been fostering and developing innovative digital businesses across several industries since 2009. We are thrilled to have more than 23 nationalities working together and very proud to see that our products and services are enjoyed by millions of users monthly around the globe. • Key Responsibilities: • Define and drive the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. • Effectively manage multiple projects and details while maintaining a clear focus on the big picture. • Lead cross-functional teams to conceive and develop new product concepts, establish development milestones, and manage the implementation and subsequent rollout. • Explore AI tools and new technologies to bring innovation and improve our products. • Prioritize product initiatives by balancing business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility, using data to guide decisions. • Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to define clear roadmaps and delivery plans. • Analyze product performance and market trends to make data-driven decisions. • Monitor and analyze competitors to inform strategic product decisions and maintain market competitiveness. • Identify new opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to come up with creative and mutually beneficial solutions to business.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in tech-focused companies. • Proven track record of managing projects with multiple development teams. • Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), with a focus on continuous improvement. • Strong UX sense: You know what makes a great user experience and have worked on products that are simple, easy to use, and impactful for customers • Hands-on experience with AI tools and a solid understanding of how AI can be leveraged in product development. • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and drive execution. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on delivery.
