We are seeking a Product Owner to collaborate with our CRO team in optimizing conversion rates and delivering top-notch software solutions for our innovative, industry-leading products.•Leadtech has been fostering and developing innovative digital businesses across several industries since 2009. 🎯 Requirements
Your expertise in a nutshell:•Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.•Experience running A/B tests (or exposure to A/B testing concepts). Familiarity with tools like Firebase, Amplitude, and/or RevenueCat is a plus.•Excellent communication skills.•Strong leadership abilities, capable of working in cross-functional teams.•Passionate about technology, with experience working alongside developers, designers, product owners, and other professionals.•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.•Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude.•Ability to work independently and interface with all levels of management, negotiating and influencing to build consensus.•Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments.•Familiarity with agile methodologies.•Experience as a Product Owner in a mobile app project.•Passionate about the mobile world.
