We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. • The goal is to ensure full-cycle recruitment processes with a high-quality standard, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring outstanding employees. • This is a recruitment position, primarily focused on the search for profiles in the mobile app industry and its marketing department allies. • The ideal candidate will also participate in various projects within the HR department and contribute to enhancing the organization's culture. • At Leadtech, we work hard... and play harder! • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the mobile app industry and marketing for mobile applications. • Experience recruiting and hiring internationally. • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, group assessment, etc). • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc). • Ability to organize skills assessment centers. • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong decision-making skills. • BS/MS in Human Resources Management. • Ability adapt to changing business priorities. • Self-motivation and goal driven. • Strong attention to details and good organization skills. • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Passionate about finding top talent. • Advanced level in English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus!
