Description

• Design and implement the overall international recruiting strategy for a wide variety of roles within the industry. • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board. • Do active search for candidates. • Identify main business competitors to attract exceptional talent. • Conduct screening interviews, online and/or via telephone. • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. • Build strong relationships with candidates (both internal and external), ensure optimal candidate experience. Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers regarding candidate status. • Manage the offer process. Work with the hiring manager to discuss the compensation package, level, and start date to be presented to the candidate. Prepare all necessary documentation and approvals prior to presenting offers to candidates • Prepare the onboarding process of new employees with the hiring manager in order to become fully integrated. • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. • Gather and analyze key recruitment data and useful HR metrics to improve your performance. • Plan and organize internal and external events to promote greater visibility to the company and facilitate new contact with potential candidates • Participate in defining employer branding best strategies to promote Leadtech's culture internationally. • Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the mobile app industry and marketing for mobile applications. • Experience recruiting and hiring internationally. • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, group assessment, etc). • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc). • Ability to organize skills assessment centers. • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong decision-making skills. • BS/MS in Human Resources Management. • Ability adapt to changing business priorities. • Self-motivation and goal driven. • Strong attention to details and good organization skills. • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Passionate about finding top talent. • Advanced level in English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus!
