• Previous working experience as a Product Owner (minimum requirement 2 years) • Technology passionate. Used to working with IT Teams. • Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodology, use case and user story. • Familiarity with technical integrations. • Experience running A/B tests (or exposure to A/B testing concepts). • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product • Ability to work independently Research and analyze market, the users and the roadmap for the product. • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team, creating requirements by user story and use case. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. • Excellent communicator. • Attention to details. • Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude. • Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and interface with all levels of management negotiating and influencing to build consensus. • Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments
