• Effectively support the needs of varying stakeholders and manage against tight hiring deadlines. • Post job openings on relevant job boards and assist with employer branding and advertisement initiatives. • Maintain attention to detail in all communications with the talent acquisition team, candidates, and documentation / updates within applicant tracking system (ATS). • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.
• 1+ years’ experience working in global talent acquisition, having supported recruitment across LATAM • Bilingual communication skills – fluency in both English and Spanish • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative to deliver results. • MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required. • Jobvite ATS experience preferred.
