Description

• Founded in 2014, League powers next-generation healthcare consumer experiences. • As an Engineering Manager, you will lead 2 teams to build scalable platform solutions. • Foster a culture prioritizing technical improvements and deliver team roadmap projects. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to increase platform adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience building software applications • Experience leading platform development teams • Bonus: experience building authentication & authorization systems • Compliance with Information Security Policies • Compliance with League’s secure coding practice • Ensure access management is performed in compliance with the employee's role and responsibilities • Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures within the department/ team • Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations
