• Lean Tech is a rapidly expanding organization in software development and IT services • Seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to lead cloud infrastructure design and implementation • Champion a culture of automation and innovation while driving continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus. • Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, with at least 3 years focusing on AWS; additional experience is a plus • Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, CloudFormation, and CDK. • Extensive experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, GitHub actions, Docker, Amazon ECS/EKS, infrastructure as code, and containerization • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, including experience in backlog grooming and sprint planning • Strong Knowledge with Monitoring and Logging: Amazon CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray. • Experience in change management processes and release versioning strategies • Strong knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes • Understanding of data processing and analytics technologies, including big data and data warehousing concepts • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to architect complex, scalable systems • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
