📋 Description

• Build, manage, and automate infrastructure, tools, and services for large-scale systems. • Own end-to-end customer experience and improve service performance. • Work with IT/business application team for customer onboarding process. • Bridge the gap between business applications, cloud operations, customer support, and engineering. • Provide application performance and feature capability improvement recommendations. • Drive product excellence by incorporating Operations Requirements. • Collaborate with development and QA on Engineering projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 5+ years experience with the AWS or similar environment, including building, automating provisioning/de-provisioning, and managing complex secure cloud environments. • Excellent programming knowledge in Python. • Excellent Knowledge of container platforms like Docker and Kubernetes (IaC). • Experience using AWS console and creating resources in AWS. • Experience in terminal-based languages like bash and PowerShell. • Experience in debugging issues in Linux systems. • Ability to write Helm Charts for deploying any type of resource. • In-depth knowledge and experience working in Kubernetes resources, especially RBAC, Namespaces, HPA, and PDBs. • Have coded IAAC using an infrastructure creation tool such as Terraform or Pulumi. • Experience troubleshooting Linux systems be it in server or docker. • Attention to detail. • Communication skills - verbal and written. • Customer Service Orientation. • Problem analysis and problem-solving. • Planning and organizing. • Decision-making. • Teamwork. • Ability to share ideas. • Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer, expansive reading, or preparing and analyzing data, reports, and figures.
