Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered • 3+ years of experience in mobile app design with a strong focus on using Figma as the primary design tool • Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced features, plugins, and best practices for file organization and collaboration • Strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity mobile UI/UX design projects, demonstrating attention to detail and visual polish • Demonstrated ability to create and manage complex design systems and component libraries in Figma • Solid understanding of mobile design principles, patterns, and best practices for both iOS and Android platforms • Experience with usability testing methodologies to inform design decisions and improve user experience • Familiarity with mobile development processes and constraints • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools • Knowledge of motion design and animation for mobile interfaces • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience working in agile development environments • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles • Knowledge of design handoff tools to ensure high-fidelity designs are accurately translated into final products • Basic familiarity with .NET (version 6 and above) for backend development insights • Experience in using React Native with mobile projects • Knowledge of Python for a rounded software development skill set • Intermediate skills in Principle and Framer for enhanced prototyping capabilities • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to aid in UI development
