• Lean Tech is a rapidly expanding organization situated in Medellín, Colombia. • Joining our team means engaging with expansive engineering teams across Latin America and the United States. • Currently, we are seeking a Technical Product Owner with a strong English level to join our team. • Act as the interface between business stakeholders and developers, translating business requirements into technical stories and tickets. • Work with QA to create automation scripts and oversee user acceptance testing. • Manage a backlog of support tickets and enhancement requests. • Oversee integrations with third-party systems and ensure smooth operation of proprietary systems. • Use Jira to track and manage project tickets, bugs, and enhancements. • Ensure timely delivery of project commitments by working efficiently under aggressive deadlines.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile software environment. • Experience with Jira for ticketing management and confluence for documentation. • Knowledge of API and EDI, and formats such as XML, x12, JSON, or other file formats. • Understanding of system integrations, as the company interacts with various third-party applications. • Understanding of database schemas and ability to perform scripts to extract information for testing and troubleshooting. • Experience with smoke testing. • Experience working with integrations between application systems and third-party software. • Familiarity with Postman for API testing. • Experience with MySQL as a primary database. • Experience with business process definition, systems implementation, and support. • Ability to communicate and present proposed technical solutions to technical and business audiences. • Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT). • Familiarity with logistics and transportation management systems (TMS) is a bonus.
