• Strategieentwicklung und Reporting : Erstellung und Präsentation von Strategien, Durchführung von Analysen und Reporting mit Tools wie Contentbird. • Kundenkommunikation und Projektmanagement : Teilnahme und Leitung von Kunden-Calls, Erstellen von Performance-Reports und Onboarding neuer Kunden. • Teammanagement und Organisation : Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder, Kapazitätsplanung, Aufgabenverteilung und Führen von Meetings. • Administrative Aufgaben : Rechnungsprüfung, Ticket-Management in Jira und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern. • Trustbuilding : Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Trustbuilding-Strategien. • DTOX-Analysen : Selbstständige Durchführung von DTOX-Analysen zur Linkbewertung und Risikominimierung. • Interviewführung : Interviews mit Werkstudent:innen und Praktikant:innen zur Teamerweiterung.
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrung im Bereich SEO, insbesondere Linkbuilding und Outreach. • Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Contentbird und gängigen Analyse-Tools. • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise. • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten in Kundenmeetings. • Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen. • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein Blick für Prioritäten. • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Jira und in der Rechnungsprüfung (von Vorteil) • Fließende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
