📋 Description

• The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operational functions, • ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, and driving strategic initiatives to support growth and profitability. • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all operational activities, including the management of multiple service locations across various regions. • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's growth objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to monitor and improve efficiency, quality, and customer service. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus. • Oversee the development and management of operational budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and customers. • Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. • Support the company’s expansion efforts by overseeing the integration of new locations and ensuring a seamless transition into the operational framework.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; • MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within the retail or service industry. • Experience working with private equity-backed companies is highly desirable. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving operational improvements and achieving results. • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing and empowering employees. • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Willingness to travel as needed to support operations across multiple regions.
