📋 Description
• Influence and guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures • Lead the development and delivery of timely and accurate financial reports and analyses to aid in decision-making • Oversee budgeting processes and ensure adherence to financial regulations • Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other key stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial and operational processes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred • 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting or controller role, preferably within a private equity-backed services-based company • Proven experience with Sage accounting software is required • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements • Experience with financial due diligence and integration of acquisitions • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
