🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solution design and implementation. • 3+ years in a leadership or practice lead role within a consulting or professional services environment. • Proven track record of delivering complex AEM projects for enterprise clients in Adobe 6.5 or higher and AEMaaCS. • Deep expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud tools. • Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities. • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills. • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and business acumen.
