Description
• Provide data-driven insights, optimizing sales processes, and supporting the sales team. • Day-to-day administration of Salesforce and other sales technologies. • Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing reports and dashboards.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or data analysis. • Proficiency with Salesforce. • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Salesforce Administrator certification • Experience with middleware (ex: Zapier) • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
