• Leap Tools is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Demand Generation Manager to help build and execute our exciting demand generation strategy. • This is a critical role that will drive pipeline growth and contribute significantly to our revenue goals. • The ideal candidate is a data-driven and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in B2B or B2B2C demand generation. • They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and roll up their sleeves and get things done. • We do not regularly use media agencies, so the right person is the kind of individual who is comfortable with ad platforms and loves evolving their approach as platforms evolve and new ones arrive on the scene.
• 4+ years of experience in demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns that contribute to the sales pipeline and drive measurable results. • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and experience optimizing campaigns across all stages. • Expertise in data analysis and optimization, with experience tracking, measuring, and analyzing campaign performance. • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Experience with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc. • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience in B2B2C is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
