Requirements

•Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat. •Provide information regarding our tutoring services, scheduling, and payment processes. •Assist clients in troubleshooting issues with their accounts or online access. •Document client interactions and provide feedback for continuous improvement. •Collaborate with various departments to resolve client concerns effectively. •Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling challenging situations. •1+ years of experience in customer service or client support role. •Bachelor’s degree preferred. •Comfortable speaking on the phone and making calls. •Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. •Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Proficient in using CRM software and online communication tools. •Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
