Description

• As (Senior) Consultant, you manage challenging client projects, enhancing our teams with your project management skills and innovative ideas. • Project management: You manage complex transformation projects, setting up business transformation and project management offices, leading them responsibly—even using AI solutions. • Process and tool development: You take responsibility for creating processes, methods, and tools while integrating them into the client's existing process and tool landscape. • Stakeholder management: You ensure that all internal and external stakeholders are involved in the development process, ensuring transparency in your work. • Project and change management: You steer expectations of client representatives, your project team, service providers, and partners through situational project and change management.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree, ideally in engineering, IT, or business administration • At least three years of solid professional experience in automotive, aviation, digital transformation, or mobility services • Ideally experience in technical requirements and change management in software development • Knowledge of agile methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and business and development processes • Desirable experience in process development according to ASPICE, UNECE GSR, and ISO26262 • Enthusiasm for new technologies like AI, digital topics, and joy in working with clients in German and English
