• Be Part of Our Mission, Learnlight is an EdTech company passionate about effective learning experiences. • In this exciting new opportunity, you’ll report to the Head of Learning Impact on full-time hours and work remotely, for 6 months maternity cover. • As an Associate Learning Designer, you’ll directly support the Learning Impact team in creating engaging learning experiences. • Collaborate with our Product department, assisting in researching and implementing learning product improvements. • Support development and updating of course outlines, learning objectives, and content creation. • Apply Learning Science and Microlearning principles to enhance content and ensure alignment. • Contribute to design and development of learning materials and assessments to measure outcomes. • Monitor the quality of learning content and support trainer satisfaction. • Maintain project documentation and support training and content delivery.
Requirements
• Advanced level of English (fluency in other languages would be a bonus) • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred • Strong interest in learning design, with a focus on learning excellence and delivering a great learner experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail. • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their use in content delivery and management. • Experience in creating content for adult learners and a background in training, with knowledge of the latest learning science and pedagogy.
