Description

• Be Part of Our Mission: Learnlight is an EdTech company passionate about trainers in the learning experience. • Your Career Opportunity: Reporting to the Regional Head of Client Success Management on full-time hours and working from home. • As a Client Manager: Build trustful relationships, provide support, and implement new programs. Develop strong client relationships and ensure key data is tracked in systems.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in both German and English languages • Exceptional ability to communicate (internally and externally) and foster positive business relations • Be client-centric and have the ability to adapt to different client profiles, including managing difficult conversations • Demonstrate agility and autonomy with technology (Dynamics, Learnlight platform etc.) • Working proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
