Description

• At Learnosity we believe education and learning opportunities should be equitable, inclusive and accessible to all. • Our mission is to advance education and learning worldwide with best-in-class technology. • You will work directly with developers organized into agile scrum teams. • You will be a customer advocate, with a Design Thinking approach to contribute to the design and development of new features. • You will play a pivotal role in synchronized planning events used to agree priorities and commitments. • You will drive the creation of user stories, clarify details, manage dependencies, prioritize backlogs, and work closely with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience working in a product owner role with agile development teams (experience working with the Scaled Agile Framework, SAFe, or similar will be an advantage) • a customer-focused mindset • strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders. • the ability to motivate engineering teams to create best-in-class software solutions • the ability to solve complex problems and make difficult decisions and be comfortable working with data, have the ability to gather relevant data, and make data-driven decisions
