📋 Description
• Onboard all incoming Sales Tax clients • Collect and maintain account information • Set up kickoff calls and be the main point of contact for clients • Broadly monitor services for clients • Gather and input correct client data in various systems • Offboard clients when needed
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years professional office experience • Able to comfortably work up to 25 hours a week • Confidence to communicate with clients verbally and virtually • Strong time and project management skills • Past accounting/sales tax experience is preferred • Completed bachelor’s degree in any field or comparative professional experience • Experience in Asana or Excel is a major plus • Past experience working in a team setting would also be desirable
