Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. • Ability to speak, read, and write English at a native level. • A solid understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred). • Experience recruiting sales positions (preferred). • Experience in the construction, roofing, or renovation industries (preferred). • Experience working for a USA based company (preferred). • Ability to work standard U.S. business hours (preferred). • Knowledgeable about employment-related laws and regulations (preferred). • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement (preferred).
