📋 Description
• Serve as primary contact with investment counterparties and monitor progress of cases • Report investment progress to internal stakeholders and evaluate problem investments • Work with Finance and Investor Relations teams on quarterly reporting of investment positions • Own the valuation process for litigation finance investment, including serving on Valuation Committee
🎯 Requirements
• J.D. from an accredited law school • 6+ years litigation, restructuring, or similar experience, including prior inhouse experience • Prior experience at an investment adviser or financial firm a plus
