• We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) and Test Automation expert to join LegalMatch as the Quality Assurance Practice Lead. • In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our products and services. • Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing best practices, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing the skills of the QA team. • You will also lead the transition from manual testing to automated processes as part of our strategic QA plan. • Responsibilities: • Leading and mentoring the QA team, fostering professional growth. • Establishing and maintaining QA best practices, processes, and standards. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and achieve quality goals. • Developing and executing comprehensive test strategies and plans. • Driving test automation and CI/CD adoption. • Monitoring and analyzing quality metrics and KPIs to identify improvement areas, taking proactive measures to improve them. • Staying updated on QA industry trends and technologies. • Cultivating a quality-focused culture through training and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is preferred • Proven expertise in QA and automated testing with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products and services. • Extensive leadership experience in building and managing high-performing QA teams. • Deep knowledge of QA/testing methodologies, tools, and technologies (manual, test automation, performance, security testing). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues, prioritize tasks, and drive resolution. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strong leadership acumen, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential. • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies. • Proactive, adaptable, and flexible • Possesses strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional team • Exhibits strong problem-solving abilities • Committed to continuous learning and improvement
