•at least 3 years of experience in appointment setting/sales, at least 1 year of successful leadership experience required •proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and improving team performance •familiarity with appointment setting and sales software (Salesforce experience is a plus) •advanced skills in MS Excel •with excellent communication and interpersonal skills •with solid coaching and training skills •willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes •ability to motivate and inspire team members •a bachelor's degree in any relevant field
