Description

• Managing and processing sales orders and invoices in a timely manner • Contract Creation and Negotiation.  • Sales Closing and After Sales Support • Doing outbound calls to nurture Potential Leads • Inbound and Outbound calls to close deals and secure contract signatures • Answering phone calls and providing customer support to clients • Organizing schedules and setting appointments • Coordinating logistics for sales meetings and events as needed • Creating, updating, and maintaining client records on the company CRM • Providing sales analytics and performance reports • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficiency of sales workflow • Assisting in creating sales collateral and materials for client presentations • Other duties that the role may require

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sales administrator, sales support, or other similar role • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Excellent organizational and communication skills • High level of proficiency in the English language • Proficiency with cloud-based tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple iSuite, Zoom, and other project management tools • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with CRM software usage and management • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role • Knowledge of email marketing is a plus • Experience with social media community engagement is a plus
