• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Recruiter to join our recruitment team. • This role focuses on identifying, attracting, head hunting and engaging top legal talent for our clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles. • Use a range of methods to source qualified legal professionals. • Conduct initial calls, assess candidates’ legal expertise, experience, and alignment with client needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with legal professionals, keeping a proactive talent pipeline.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within the legal or professional services field. • Excellent proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Corporate and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Familiarity with legal industry practices and terminology is a plus. • Willingness to work on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) schedule. • Own a Laptop or Desktop with 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above, and Microsoft Office, plus a reliable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps).
