Description

• Develop compelling ad copy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and Google. • Execute, track, and optimize marketing campaigns focusing on performance and ROI. • Leverage expert knowledge of lead generation platforms for high-quality leads. • Create and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads. • Use tools like HubSpot to manage marketing campaigns and track leads. • Build and maintain detailed tracking and reporting dashboards for campaign performance. • Continuously test and optimize marketing campaigns for improved performance. • Assist with daily tasks such as preparing promotional materials and maintaining databases. • Work closely with cross-functional teams for alignment on objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or coordinator role. • Strong understanding of performance-based marketing, including lead generation and campaign optimization. • Expertise in marketing platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and email marketing tools. • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to analyze data, build reports, and offer actionable insights. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Knowledge of tracking and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards.
